Evan Hurst is the Graduate Assistant for the 2023-24 academic year. He is a student in the Master of Library Science (MLS) program with a specialization in Digital Humanities. Evan comes to IU from Grinnell College, where he graduated with a degree in Gender, Women's & Sexuality Studies.
Evan originally got into library science through the LGBT Oral History Project of Central Iowa, and he now looks to continue similar work at IU. He can often be found color-coding, watching 90s/00s sitcoms, and being a feminist killjoy.
